How to configure your Google Drive account?

How to connect Autom with cloud drives? Read on and learn more!

Google Drive

1. Open MS Word and Autom.

2. Click the Cloud button in the Autom task pane.

3. There are two options to choose from:

  • Cloud/Mobile – it contains the folder you created using the Configuration option
  • Cloud folders

Setting: cloud/mobile

Click the Cloud folders option. The folder’s name appears on the screen.

To configure the cloud folder, follow the steps below. 

1. Click Configuration. 

2. Choose the Cloud settings option.

Adding another cloud folder

1. Click Configuration.

2. Open Cloud settings.

3. Enter a new e-mail address and add another cloud folder.

4. Now you can easily switch between accounts.

Switching the cloud accounts

1. Click Configuration.

2. Open Cloud settings.

3. Remove the previously used e-mail address from the Account name field. Enter a new one.

4. Click OK.

5. The new address appears in Autom task pane.


Connect your Autom with Google Drive. This will make your work much faster, as you will get access to all the essential resources.
